Advisors also encourage students to meet with the Director of Career Services to find a mentor, internship, or consulting experience for the next semester. Classmates organize a real business by developing a business plan and present to a bank for a loan. After obtaining loan up to $2500, students perform all functions of a small business and donate net profits to a charity of their choice. Students develop self-efficacy by starting their own business.
