Business today is about leadership, collaboration, cultures, the environment, the economy, and the world. Our undergraduate business administration programs combine theory, industry best practices, and real-life experience for a practical education that will make students ready for the 21st-century workplace.<\/p>\n

Students will transform into ethical business professionals as they learn how to cultivate critical thinking and interpersonal skills, gain hands-on experience, and discover the impact of cultural differences on business practices.<\/p>\n

While studying foundational and advanced concepts in business, students will learn from dedicated faculty and have access to state-of-the-art facilities, career advising, and numerous professional development opportunities all designed to prepare them for a wide range of careers.<\/p>\n

    Degree Programs<\/h2>\n

    The University of La Verne offers students a choice between a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.<\/p>\n

    The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration<\/a> program is offered at the La Verne Campus only and provides students with a comprehensive education in business. Core courses establish a foundation of business, accounting, finance, business law, marketing, management, leadership, and economics.<\/p>\n

    Bachelor of Science Concentrations<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Students in the BS program may select a concentration to customize their educational experience based on interests and career goals:<\/p>\n

      The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration<\/a> program is offered in a session-based format, allowing adult learners the flexibility to complete their degree at their own pace while managing personal and professional responsibilities. Classes are offered online, hybrid, and in-person at the La Verne Campus and several of our regional campuses. The degree can also be completed fully online<\/a>. Students in the BA program have the option to pursue one of the concentrations listed above.<\/p>\n

      The college also offers business administration<\/a> as a minor, as well as business management<\/a>, economics<\/a>, or marketing<\/a>\u00a0to allow students to customize their education to suit their interests.<\/p>\n

      At the University of La Verne, our academic programs are led by professors who are experts in their fields. Our small class sizes lead to a more engaging classroom experience and a low student-to-faculty ratio allows faculty more time to get to know students and advise them on educational and career goals.<\/p>\n
