Darryl Rice and William Luse from Miami University (Ohio) and the University of La&nbsp;Verne published a series of studies linking workplace justice to supervisors&#8217; emphasis of profit over employee safety and well-being, otherwise known as supervisor bottom-line mentality. Workplace justice reduced supervisor bottom-line mentality when organizations emphasized ethical behavior. This research suggests that organizations can reduce bottom-line mentality&#8211;and the problems it can cause&#8211;by emphasizing workplace justice.<\/p>\n<p>How organizational justice impacts supervisor bottom-line mentality?
