Specifically,<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square\">\n<li>Themes of <strong>anxiety, depression<\/strong>, and <strong>stress<\/strong> appeared 87 times in the participants&#8217; responses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Demotivation<\/strong> was mentioned 55 times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Toxic environments<\/strong> were cited 47 times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job dissatisfaction<\/strong> was referenced 38 times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Burnout, turnover intention<\/strong>, and <strong>turnover<\/strong> collectively appeared 22 times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">To the best of the authors&#8217; knowledge, this study is among the first empirical studies to explore the dark side of organizational leadership in Brazil, focusing on its perception, causes, and consequences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ghazzawi, I., Brunhara, A., Gong, F., &amp; Britto, R.
