The Judge Edmond Emmett O’Brien and Muriel Faith O’Brien Career Center  is dedicated to helping students and graduates of the College of Business in their search for meaningful and rewarding work and to equip them with the resources and skills needed to advance through the career development process with confidence and professionalism.

Ongoing activities throughout the Spring Semester

  • Weekly Employer Recruiting Events: private sector employers and government agencies conduct recruiting/information sessions for students and recent graduates
    (in collaboration with University Career Services). Events are in-person and virtual.
  • Career Advising Appointments with Traditional Undergraduates and Graduate Students.
  • Employer Development: reaching out to recruiters and hiring managers to create new contacts.
  • First Destination Outreach: contacting graduates from the 7/1/2025 – 6/30/2026 cohort to gather career outcomes data and to assist graduates
