Dr. Loren Dyck Presents Bartering for Community Benefit at MOBTS 2022
At the upcoming Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society 49th Annual Conference, Dr. Loren Dyck will share the Bartering for Community Benefit Project that he uses as an assignment in his MBA course. It is a student-driven assignment aimed at creating a shared experience for students to become more aware of the role that emotions, learning styles, and other OB/OT course topics play in the diverse decision-making environments created when bartering. The assignment allows students to connect with and give back to the local community while applying course concepts and theories.
MOBTS has a mission of enhancing teaching and learning across the management disciplines. The organization publishes the Journal of Management Education and Management Teaching Review.
