Kyle Webb is the CFO for Webb Family Enterprises, which operates McDonald’s franchises, and Webb Family Investments, of which he is the CEO. He is originally from Claremont, and the youngest of Reggie and Rene’ Webb’s 3 children. He graduated from Morehouse College, with a degree in Business Administration-Finance, then the University of Southern California with an MBA. His first job out of undergrad was for the Disney-ABC TV Group in finance. After 3 years, he went to work in his family business, starting in operations, then moving into blended finance/operations roles, and recently transitioning into his current role. He is the radical expression of community, through service, which inspires him to spend much of his time training and motivating employees, and engaging children such that they may be able to fulfill their wildest dreams. He serve as a Board member of a few not-for-profit community organizations such as Bright Prospect (a college access organization based in Pomona that sees young people to and through college, where he serve as the CFO/Treasurer), the San Bernardino Community College District’s Economic Development and Corporate Training Foundation – where he also serve as the Fundraising committee chairman, the Advisory Councils of the Inland Empire Ronald McDonald House, and the University of La Verne’s College of Business. He serves his McDonald’s community on local marketing and operations committees. He has been interested in business since childhood, going to work with his dad, a McDonald’s Franchisee, and hearing him on his conference calls, and being with him in the restaurants. He loves diversity in the scope of his role, allowing him the flexibility to engage in community building, and helping to continue and expand the legacy his parents have built.
